Refund & Exchange Policy

No Refund or Exchange will be offered in the following cases:

  • Pre-orders and customized orders (require full payment at confirmation; no return/exchange allowed).

  • Used products returned.

  • Minor color or design variations due to display differences or craftsmanship — as each product is handcrafted.

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses provided by the customer.

  • After three failed delivery attempts by our courier partners.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of approved refunds.

  • VAT, customs duties, and taxes (as applicable in your country) are to be borne by the customer.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances.
